The heat is higher than Bahamian Goat, plus the pods have a great smoky-fruity flavor often found in chocolate types. They were then harvested at peak ripeness (completely dark brown in color). The seeds were then removed, air-dried, packaged, and ready to be shipped to you for you to grow your own.
