1576-1627 Campen Shipwreck Netherlands Lion Daalder NGC Genuine Silver Coin

Description: This is a (1576-1627) Netherlands Silver Lion Daalder "Leeuwendaalder" from the 1627 Campen Shipwreck NGC Genuine. This coin has some obvious signs of heavier saltwater corrosion and a good portion of the obverse layer missing from the corrosion and likely the contact with other coins/whatever else it may have hit during the sinking and shifting. The reverse has a nice amount of details with essentially the entire legend and Knight facing right being visible. This particular coin comes from the Province of Gelderland (Reverse legend displays GEL).
