It is complete and in very good condition showing just some surface rust. Although the metal shield appears to be good, I am selling it as pictured, as-is, display only, not working, for parts and repair, no returns for any reason. This part measures 15 1/4" in diameter at the large opening, 7 1/4" at the smaller opening, stands 9" tall and weighs 6 lb. Package will measure 20” x 20” x 12” and weighs 10 lb. packed. Good, strong packing supplies/boxes including 2” thick hard Styrofoam to line the boxes will cost approximately $10 and FedEx Ground shipping (cheapest/ best handling ground service) for this box including insurance will cost $45.
