Description: Up for sale is a hard cover copy of the 1901 edition of "Around the 'Pan' with Uncle Hank His Trip Through The Pan-American Exposition" by Thomas Fleming, published by The Nut Shell Pub.Co. New York. Uncle Hank's descriptions of his travels through the Pan-American Expo are quite, shall we say, colorful? And the drawings are amazing, including one of William McKinley whose "portrait was drawn with a pen in one continuous lione, and is considered the most unique work of its kind in the world" (at the time!) Some pages have come loose and there is some discoloring and wear on the edges of the cover. But it still houses a treasure trove of info and illustrations and considering it is over 100 years old, is faring pretty darn well! Please look at the pictures and ask questions before bidding. Also, please check out my other items. My husband and I spent over 30 years collecting and selling at antique shows and now are finding all kinds of treasures in our carriage barn full of stuff to post on eBay. I will be happy to combine shipping if you win more than one auction. All items are sold as you see them and all sales are final. Payment is expected within 3 days after the end of the auction and I will ship within 3 days of payment. Buyer pays shipping. I purchase postage labels on line so delivery confirmation is free. Ebay will collect and pay appropriate sales tax if you live in a state that requires them to do so.
