Description: 1910-1920 Veg Dye Kirman Ravar Carpet Peach Sky Rose Rug 8 X 11 Antique Rug. Great 8.5/10 condition for this Ravar Carpet, sourced from a lowland Scottish estate. Lovely Coral, Sky Blue, Violet, and a smattering of Lemon yellow in very fine 225 KPSI weave. Better colors and good vegetable dyes have remained strong with little fading and the notoriously soft wool pile is nearly complete, with only a few small areas of wear. The ends and sides are secure, though the fringe has been shortened on one end and could be shortened on the other per request. Over all a great elegant looking Antique that would look wonderful in a pale green or similar pastel dining, bed or living room. Professionally washed October 2024 and ready compliment your fine home.
