Description: An amazing biographical sketch of Lewis B. Miller, in his own hand, complete with cover letter, dated April 17, 1930. The sketch and the letter were sent to a Missouri woman who wrote a small newspaper column and corresponded with celebrities of the time for material. The biography begins "Lewis Bennett Miller was born in Texas, May 27, 1861...." Miller writes with a fountain pen in an elegant hand, and his handwriting is easy to read. The cover letter is two pages and the biography is four. Each page is about 6" x 7". Very good condition as shown. The paper is tanned and there are signs of an old paper clip. The pages are not brittle and each is very legible. A one-of-a-kind piece of history and an awesome addition to any library or collection.
