Description: 1945 postal card to Canada with 2 cents postage due assessed. Colorado Springs CO origin with machine cancel, 1 cent prexie. The rate to Canada was 2 cents, so double deficiency charged and 2 cent Canada due applied, with manucript cancel. Royal George view, showing hanging bridge and suspension bridge.
