Description: Original 1956 press photo of Milton and Rosalie Schwartz on trial for the death of Doris Silver Ostreicher during an unsuccessful abortion. She was an heiress who eloped with a police officer, then sought an abortion when she moved home after the marriage quickly went sour. About 8" x 10". Good condition as shown, with some wrinkling. The caption is still securely attached to the back. An important piece of history and a superb addition to any collection. I ship every day the post office is open with your item safely packed for protection. I always combine shipping. Please see the Women's Rights section and the rest of my store for more museum quality artifacts.
