Has some surface rust but would clean up nicely with a little blasting or elbow grease original bolt with original washers most of the time issues with these hinges are people don’t know how to adjust them properly. Most people think to get the ho to close properly. You need to lower the hinge, but it’s totally the opposite. You need to raise the hinge which lit the hinge act property and pull the hood down I’ve installed many of these a lot of times I’ll put an 8 inch shim in the top bolt where the hinge bolts to the hood this will pull the hood down.
