He was not very diligent in identifying or grading so DO NOT go by what is written on the coin holder, that is from the previous owner and I cannot vouch for any of it, including the condition. I'm going to say EX+ in my grading system. I don't see any problems with it. I use a poor/fair/good/very good/excellent/mint grading system and grade very conservatively (see my feedback).
