There are no signs that it was ever painted and there is a spot of what looks like the remains of the glue that may have held on a GM parts sticker at one time (see last photo). So this part may be NOS but we don't know for sure. So we can only list it as a very nice used original part. It is rigid steel unlike some soft reproductions. Thinks NCRS.
