Items can include a S&H fee to cover my costs.· I will combine shipping on like items that can be included in the same package. Electrical items are considered working if the motor works, the switch turns on, it lights up, or warms up. I do not fully test these items. Proof of the damage will be required for all claims.· I ship to your registered eBay/PayPal address only, because I use them to produce the shipping label and calculate the shipping costs.
