These sets were only available direct from Topps in 1996 for $200/set and came with a certificate of authenticity. Rumor has it that even though 750 were printed many less were actually sold. The cards are not individually numbered but can be identified by the special “members only” emblem on the card front. Cards have laser cutouts around the “Cuts”. Shipping is $1.99 for one card and .25 cents for each additional card.
