2 VTG Lighted Santa Blow Molds, 13" 1968 Empire and 1950's General Products Inc

Description: You are viewing 2 wonderfully retro Santa plastic blow mold lighted decorations from the 1950's to 1960's. Included in this listing is: *Hard Plastic injection mold lighted 8" Santa- This Santa is unmarked, but was likely made by General Products Electric Co. in the 1950's. It was a popular Santa design of the time, and the same mold with variations of Santa holding different lighted objects was made by Royalite and for various Rosbro products as well. The mold was created by Italian artist Aristides Berto Cianfarani. Santa lights from an opening under his left foot. There is a small surface crack near the opening on the inside of the boot. It does not affect the strength of the item and is not in a noticeable location. See last picture. The paint is well represented with a glossy finish. There are some small spots of paint loss which are mostly located on the top of the head and the back of the boots, but they are minor. It is 8" tall x about 5.5" wide. *Empire Plastic Corporation 1968 13" Santa Blow Mold- Soft plastic mold with openings in back and base. The paint is well represented and glossy, with no signs of fading or weathering. It is still a very vibrant red and deep black. Only a few small dots of color loss on the red and some very minor scratches on the black were found. See next to last pictures. It measures 13" high x about 6.25" wide. These items both come with cords that have been tested and light properly. They will be packaged with care and shipped with your choice of UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail.
