Condition is NEW. Please check out all of the photos as this is the exact item you will be receiving. Please note: the bottom of the card has soft edges on both the left & right side. I purchased this way back in 2013 at the K Mart Hot Wheels Event and it has never been displayed, just sitting in a cabinet and figured that someone may be looking for this as it is pretty apparent it is not doing me any good.
