A slightly thinner body is made from genuine mahogany and treated with traditional weight relief for added resonance as well as comfort. This is capped off with a carved piece of maple. The quarter-sawn mahogany neck is carved to a rounded ’50s profile and topped with a baked maple fretboard, and the electronics feature a 490R humbucker in the neck and a 498T in the bridge. Appointments like multi-ply binding on the body and headstock, gold hardware, and the traditional split-diamond inlay give this Les Paul that classic charm we all know and love Customs for. This guitar is in excellent shape with pickguard marks, light hardware tarnish, a couple minor indents and marks and a few light finish checks on the treble side top, rated at 9/10. All original with upgraded strap buttons and free of any breaks, cracks or repairs.
