Description: Ready to weld end caps. I am a small business in Denver Colorado. I have a shop and make every one of these myself. All of my parts are made with the welder in mind. I shear cut each piece and keep them slightly undersized for better weldability and grindability. Every piece then spends at least 4 hours in the tumbler to remove mill scale and deburr rough and/or sharp edges. I know how time consuming it is to make these in the shop or field in large quantities so I try to make them cost effective for fabricators.
