These pieces are made from black ABS plastic and attach to the back side of the inner door panel with double sided tape to repair and strengthen the upper door trim holes. They are only .060 thick so they don't affect the mounting of the door panel but they are very strong. The double sided tape is already installed so they all ready to go. They can be used to repair torn holes or just to strengthen and protect the holes from future damage.
