Description: Air Dried spalted maple pen blanks Knife Scale set Razor Scales Turning. Spalted wormy maple blanks. These are approximately 1 7/8 - 2 inches wide approximately 11/16 inches thick. Some may be closer to 3/4. They range from 4 13/16 inches to approximately 7 inches long. All but one set are over 5 3/8 inches long. Work holes, grain patterns and more make these very intriguing and would look beautiful on a hand made knife. One of the sets are not a perfect match but most are and a coat of stain could fix that easily. I can't guarantee moisture content. These are rough and will require additional finish work. Please assume there will be stabilization or hardening required. There are small edge areas missing on a few of these scales. Rounded handle making should remove this. Or fill with colored epoxy for a cool look.
