There are three rubber sealing rings. 1 is on the cap and the piston has 2 high temp o-rings for long lasting use and to prevent plastisol from leaking as well as to create more pressure during pumping. Cap has a pin locked into tube and will not fall out when injecting (See picture). Volume: 148 ml (5 US Fluid Ounce). This volume is a perfect for mid size - it's light and easy to operate with. Injection port: 5/8" with a 3/8 injection hole. This diameter has become a standard over the years for soft plastic bait injectors. It's an optimal size to create targeted pressurized plastisol flow.
