Description: Amazing Spider-Man #84 (1970) The Kingpin Strikes Back -Romita (FN+/6.5)-VINTAGE This is the vintage adventure of The Amazing Spider-Man: “The Kingpin Strikes Back !”. The Schemer is the new villain out to get The Kingpin. There is a $5000 reward for the capture of The Schemer, and Spider-Man plans on earning the reward. The Schemer is turning the underworld upside down, trying to find Kingpin. After a brief fight with Spider-Man, The Schemer pays Kingpin a visit in his own home. Spider-Man fights the Kingpin, and barely survives. Meanwhile, The Schemer kidnaps Kingpin’s wife, Vanessa. This book is a masterpiece written by the legendary Stan Lee and illustrated by the great John Romita, Sr, and John Buscema. The cover is vibrant and glossy. There are several stress points along the spine, and around the edges. The pages are white, to off-white, due to age. The cover, pages, and staples are solid. In my opinion, this book is in Very Fine condition. (FN+/6.5 -7.0). This book is bagged, boarded, and will be safely transported via USPS, in a Gemini II comic book shipping box. Please review all photos. The book in the photos is the exact book that is being purchased. All sales are final. Thank you.
