Description: 11x14 inch art print of the ancient Egyptian god Ra. Ra is the god of the sun who created himself out of nothingness and father of all the ancient gods. He is seen here riding his boat atop the the hieroglyph for heaven holding an ankh, the symbol for life with the eyes of Ra just above looking upon his creations. This was done using very warm ocher colors. Much warmer than those I usually make. The original was a mixed media painting. The art is printed in excellent quality on a handmade fiber paper. The paper is a natural light tan color and has a nice texture that gives it a unique old world look.
