Description: Antique moonlit Mt. Hood oil painting is on cardboard. Circa 1890-1910 based on grain painted frame. Frame measures 15-1/2 27-5/8 inches. Panel is 12 24. Unsigned. Quick art style of Robert William Wood and Harry Leonard Lopp. CONDITION: Good, used condition. General wear and touchups to frame. A previous owner repainted gold liner without removing painting. Some gold overpaint is left; most objectionable areas were removed. Some wear to edges is concealed by frame. Diagonal scratch appears to be in varnish. Line top right of mountain is a defect under the varnish. Scratch resulting in paint loss to trees on right side. All highlighted with yellow ellipses.
