This porcelain tea cup and saucer was produced in France by a Paris porcelain decorating firm in the late 19th century. The saucer is 5 1/4 inches in diameter. The cup is 2 inches tall with a diameter of 2 5/8 inches. The cup and saucer shape is simplistic but the decoration is ornate. The ground color is bright pink embellished with intricate raised gilding. Tendrils of tiny hand painted flowers weave through the pink panels.
