Description: Available to you in this listing is one antique lamp socket.It is a circa 1890 moving tongue socket of the Edison General Electric co. It is at the earlier end of the age range using a mica & resin material for the insulative disk. It has been fully restored and has a new custom made collar. It has not been coated or lacquered ,so it will begin to naturally patina on its own. It has nice crisp patent markings.
