Description: Very nice vintage drum major or toy soldier half mask. Not sure of the manufacturer, but best guess is Ben Cooper Halco, or Collegeville. Only markings are made in USA on back. Glows nicely under black light. Some scuffing as to be expected from a piece of this age. There is a piece of elastic band remaining, but it isn’t complete. A fun vintage piece.
