Description: In good condition with normal wear, but does have some damage and will need repairs. The front pull out drawer, the front piece where the handle is on the sides is separated from the rest of the shelf (as seen in pictures. The top has some holes in it (as seen in pictures). The back has a large crack in the wood near the side (as seen in pictures. It could use some cleaning. When assembled the unit is a bit wobbly. This pieces has dings, scratches, scuffs, discoloration, and some deep cuts and gouges on it. The screws have some rust on them. It will be disasembled for shipping, as seen in last picture. You will need a phillips screwdriver to reasemble the table. Sometime the drawer gets a little stuck. This piece will require some repairs. You will receive exactly what you see.
