These were provided as a 'thank you' for the problems encountered by Canada Post and its customers during the COVID period, and could be mailed anywhere in Canada free of charge. Two versions of these were produced - both were bilingual, but the 'English' version had English as the leading (top) text on the cards and inside, while the 'French' version had French there. Simply by population, there were a lot fewer French cards than the English! Also, since they were distributed randomly one at a time to households, assembling sets was a significant challenge!
