Vintage Showa Retro 70's Swiss made American Cartoon Comic Cartoon Popeye Character Watches Mechanical, Hand-wound Case: approx. 34mm (including crown) Belt: Newly replaced The dial has an illustration of Popeye. Both arms have long and short hands respectively. Very rare American vintage! This watch was made in the 70's and sold about 40+ years ago. There are some minor scratches from age and storage, but nothing that is particularly noticeable. The windshield also has some minor scratches, but no cracks. The belt has been replaced with a new leather one. I was planning to use it myself eventually, so I put a nice design belt that looks like a leather bracelet on it. It is currently in operation. It is running normally as far as I can see, but it has not been OH'd. Please consider that I don't know when it will stop and I don't know the accuracy.
