As I listed measurements it is 12.5 inches tall and 12 inches long. It has 2 dates on it. 1 is 2012 and then it says Christmas 2015. House is colored in the traditional Christmas Gingerbread bread colors with glitter and the width of the house is 6 inches. Good size house. Tree is a little wobbly on the front and a touch of glue will certainly fix it. Just worried if I glue it, it might not stay during shipment, currently it's attached but just moveable.
