Description: This is a beautiful antique needlework sampler showing blue & red Holbein embroidery.The back of the sampler is (almost) as neatly stitched as the front. The sampler is Dutch and dates from circa 1900. This sampler is quite large, it measures approximately 14 1/2 x 19 inch or 37 x 48 cm, the fringe included. The sampler is in good condition, considering its age. The cloth has a few light spots on it.If you have any questions or would like more or larger pictures, please don't hesitate to contact me.
