Description: This antique photograph depicts a little girl standing on a chair. She has pink tones on her white dress and the background is a teal green color. The photo is from the 1800s and is an original, unframed piece. Measuring 13.5 x 19.5 I am not sure if it was a photo that was then colored with chalk pastels, or if it was originally created with the pastels by hand. The creepy thing about this one is that there is a "ghost" image of a man on the back. It's possible that at one time it was stacked on top of another chalk piece that transferred some of the picture onto the back of this one. Who knows how long it has been there, maybe from production? This picture came out of a broken convex frame, so it is slightly domed as it took on the shape of the glass. It would be great for Halloween, and would be an awesome conversation piece if the buyer could figure out a way to display it so both sides can be seen. It's definitely on the creepy side, in my opinion. I will probably overlay some wax paper or plastic wrap over it for shipping. I will do my best to not allow any more of the chalk to transfer.
