CYBLADE/SHI BATTLE FOR INDEPENDENTS #1 CGC 9.2 Wh 1995 1st WITCHBLADE Xmas Gift

Description: I specialize in unread, unopened high-grade copies & lifetime collections. This auction is for the first photo only:CYBLADE/SHI BATTLE FOR INDEPENDENTS #1 CGC 9.2 White (1995 1st appearance WITCHBLADE.) This is $12 and would make a nice gift for a witchnlade collector. less than cost. I had 9.8 & 9.6s on all of these in the other boxes.AFTER 2 YRS OF CGC PROBLEMS W/ THIS BOX, CGC REFUSED TO HONOR THE INSURANCE FOR THE BOX OF 25 BKS THEY DAMAGED. IT WAS MONTHS & MONTHS OF NO RESPONSE AT ALL & NOT BEING ALLOWED TO SPEAK TO A MANAGER UNTIL I TOLD THEM I WAS GETTING A LAWYER. THE NEXT DAY A SUPERVISOR CALLED. THE COMPANY ADMITTED THEY DAMAGED THE BKS THEN GRADED THEM BUT REFUSE TO DISCUSS THE $200 PER BK INSURANCE I PAID FOR. I OFFERED TO SETTLE FOR MUCH LESS w/ NO RESPONSE. The supervisor refused to look at the box, refused to talk about insurance, & refused to answer most of my questions. THEY STILL WILL NOT EXPLAIN WHAT THE $2 CHARGE FOR INSURANCE IS FOR. I have spent thousands of dollars on cgc's required insurance that is only good in their building, but clearly,they will not honor it. All 25 bks in this box had lower left corner impact reductions. None of the other bks that were mailed in my box had damage, so it's clear who did it. The bks have been pressed & regraded after the initial damage, but are not the mint condition I sent in. WE CAN NOT ALLOW COMPANIES LIKE THIS TO GET AWAY WITH THIS. CUSTOMERS & THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU HAVE TO STEP IN & FORCE THEM TO DO THE RIGHT THING IF THEY WON'T DO IT THEMSELVES. IF A PERSON THAT HAS SPENT $200K AT CGC CAN'T GET SERVICE, WHAT ARE YOUR CHANCES WHEN SOMETHING GOES WRONG? lost orders, 2 yr delays, 2 price increases in 1 yr w/ poor rookie grading, double charged credit cards, scratched cases, neuton rings, & no responses to problems... & now dozens of damaged bks w/ no reimbursement. Extra scans are books being sold in other auctions.CGC bks will be wrapped in bubble wrap & crushed newspap
