The design is always outrageous and wasn’t afraid to make a statement. This sweet little number is a metallic blue color with a black lace overlay on the entire dress. The center of the skirt on the dress is the longest with the sides of the skirt being tapered in towards the bodice. The dress can be worn off shoulder or on, it has a sweetheart neckline and very structured bodice. The skirt has layers of ruffles making that lace pop even more! An 80s dress wouldn’t be complete without an oversized bow, this one snaps on the back over the zipper. The dress is fully lined and is a metallic, nylon + poly blend. There are no condition issues.
