Place the center circle over the nipples before pressing down an adhering the adhesive to the surrounding area. Use light pressure until the cover sticks and stays on. After use, carefully remove the nipple covers by gently pulling it off. If adhesive remains on your skin, use some rubbing alcohol or baby oil. If you have trouble removing the nipple covers, take a shower or soak in a bath. Warnings: Do not apply nipple covers over broken, damaged, or sunburnt skin. Do not keep on for too long if you have sensitive skin. Do not sleep with the nipple covers on overnight.
