Description: This was my attempt at picking up all 100 Surge Foil cards for the Dr. Who Masters of Evil Precon Deck, and I would replace the other cards as I picked more of them up, unfortunately, the deck needs to move as is to cover some other costs. Besides I kind of ran out of stock in the area and didn’t want to buy any of them anyway. Got to a total of 69 Surge Foils (nice) that are contained in the deck, total, so, a pretty impressive amount. Full deck list listed in the pictures. Includes deck box and sleeves, and ships bubble wrapped in a box w/ insurance included.
