Plate is bordered by a pure gold band and gold dust specks form part of the unique border on each plate. Hand crafted of fine hard paste & Bavarian Porcelain, by Anna-Perenna. Made in Germany Looks in great condition with no cracks, chips, or crazing that I can see or feel. Not sure if this plate has ever been on display since I found it in its original box.
