Description: Here is a VINTAGE 1980's Flirtations by Alfred Angelo Princess-Style Hoop skirt wedding dress! Dress is pastel pink/light peach combo with layers of lace, ribbon, and sweet flowers sewn on here and there. Size is 9/10 however, I will give the measurements just to be sure of a proper fit. Style on paper tag is 3366. Fabric: outer shell 50/50 polyester/rayon, lining is 100% acetate. Full length of the dress is approx. 48" when measured from the center bust to the hem. Bodice is approx. 10.5" (10 1/2") from center of bust straight down to waist seam. Armpit to armpit is approx. 17" (NOT circumference). Waist is approx. 13" (not circumference). Lowest hoop measures approx. 41" wide. Zipper in back measures 16" long. All measurements are approximate due to this dress being a beast to work with. Measurements are within an inch for the most part. Now for the issues. This dress is from the 1980's and has been in storage and has some very minor small dark spots. There was enough humidity to cause some minor rusting in the metal hoops, however, this is not on the outside and cannot be seen unless turned inside out. The hoop-wire ends (in two places) has come slightly undone from the stitching that held it in place. I would assume that the buyer of this dress will have a professional seamstress go over it to alter it to fit in all the right places and also have a dry cleaner take a look at it. The sewn in flowers will need to be pressed as will all the ribbons and there is a good amount of ribbons! With some minor work, this dress could be the dress of your dreams!
