The outer 2 layers are for transferring your decal to the car window and will both be discarded after application. This decal is made with our outdoor glossy vinyl which has a stronger adhesive to withstand the outdoor elements. Please DO NOT apply it to your walls as it will damage the paint on removal. All our products are individually MADE in the USA by Twin City Stickers. Each decal sticker design is cut electronically on a roll of vinyl and then we process by hand, removing the excess vinyl material, and finally ?sandwiching? the decal sticker to preserve the computer-generated alignment. Full details on the application process are included on the order instruction sheet. No individual letter or word alignment is needed.
