The dress is Green with white floral print and dark pink/light red center and dark pink floral print. It features white lace at the collar, sleeves, and on the skirt. The bib collar features an embroidered Green bow and red rhinestones. They are in excellent condition. The ruffle on the hem of the skirt is full circle. Measurements are: 17" from STH, 13" across the chest. The dress is in EUC without rips or stains. Fading is minimal. The elastic at the sleeves is in good condition.
