Heartland Valley Village, Porcelain Lighted Fire Station OWell Christmas Village

Description: This beautiful heartwarming Porcelain Lighted Fire Station will be a great addition to your "Heartland Valley Village" Christmas Village Collection! This piece features a full fire truck backed into the station garage and a bell that hangs in the top tower. The Heartland Valley Village is made by the O'Well Novelty Company. The exact age of this item is not known, but most likely dates to the late 1990's. This Fire Station measures about 9.1" long x 6.1" wide x 9.5" tall and is in very good to excellent condition (subject to opinion) with no major obvious chips, scratches, or blemishes. There may be a little discoloration of the roof, but this could also be the original finish (not sure). The Christmas Tree to the left of the fire engine has broken off and is not included (spot kind of looks like a patch of snow...my opinion). The house includes a working light bulb that lights the interior and really adds to the beauty of this piece. Includes the original box and interior Styrofoam packaging. The box has a number of rips that have been repaired with packing tape. The Styrofoam also broke in a couple spots and have also been repaired with packing tape. The repairs allow this piece to be stored securely in the box. Please check the pictures closely to see the condition of the Lighted Fire Station to make sure you agree with my condition assessment.
