All of my clothing items are listed as follows CONDITION: 1- New condition with a tag, nothing wrong with them at all, they were just hanging out in the closet... 2- New condition NO tag- if it's been worn I can't tell it. These are generally items that you got them home took the tags off and they never left the closet. 3- Nearly new condition worn a few times but still looks pretty new- no one but me and you will know it's not new, worn a couple of times maybe. 4- these items are in very good wearable condition but they don't look new. These are what I refer to as typical name brand consignment clothing. I do not intentionally list any item that appears to have obvious wear. I like professional clothing to look professional and give you confidence, and just make you feel great. If you have a difficultly or fault with your purchase please just email me. These measurements are of the actual garment and not your actual size, for your best fit, measure your favorite shirt or skirt and use those measurements as a guide. Approximate Measurements -item cannot be returned for 'not as described' for measurements as it is possible to shorten or stretch them to make this 'fit' a return.
