Description: Being offered here are eight used bread and butter plates marked “J. Pouyat Limoges” “J.P. L. France” with a floral motif and gilded trim. Please view pictures for details. We were not successful in identifying the pattern so we ask that you bid for what you believe them to be. Each plate measures approximately 5 5/8” in diameter. There are no cracks, or crazing. However, one plate has a manufacturing flaw (dent in the center), one has flea bites along the bottom edge of the outer rim, there is wear, minimal to no utensil wear, and they need to be cleaned. The simplistic floral motif accented by the gilded scalloped rim give these plates a very strong aesthetic appeal. They are being sold as you see them . . . NO returns.
