Guns “Hollywood Vampires” CD (Polygram Records PHCR-1985). The booklet is signed on the front by Kelly Nickels and Phil Lewis. It’s is signed with a black marker on the back by another band members by it’s too hard to read the signature to tell who signed it. It comes complete with the extra booklet, OBI, 3-D Glasses and sticker.
