This modular is designed to be displayed as such and also as a diorama setup. Floors can be removed and placed side by side in the shown configuration to open all aspects to each other. The main entrance can be opened to the patio (roof) adjacent to the restaurant section, as well as the repair shop behind with a pass through design for bike travel. Our main section hosts a service drive entrance for drop off and service work to be performed on any and all motorcycles. We also have a sales floor with new models for sale, accessories, visors, helmets, shirts and other items for sale. A friendly sales staff lady is there to assist you with your dreams and purchases along the way. A small V-Twin engine is also on display, as well as a usable elevator to take motorcycles up to the second floor when in modular building setup. This elevator is functional but is designed to be static in this display. Our second floor boasts the infamous repair shop. Here we have our main mechanic having her morning coffee since she has already finished her first job. In the corner we have our performance expert performing a dyno test and doing fine-tuning work to the customers motorcycle. We also have some major repairs being performed on a bike frame where welding has been necessary to do some custom repairs and modifications. Our newbie mechanic is struggling trying to change a tire, but knows with due diligence he will get the job done. The back shop door opens up to allow the main floor door to open within it to allow access when in diorama setup. Numerous spare parts are stocked on the shelves as well as any oils and lubricants needed to do the day-to-day work. Our third floor hosts a fantastic selection of entertainment including but not limited to jukebox music, dance floor, dining area and a restaurant. The restaurant is full of amenities to take care of those hungry people and a decorated interior with old gas pumps, sterring wheel seats, vintage signage and firing pistons just outside the window. What better place to relax while your ride is being tuned to perfection. All of this could be yours, IF, the price is right lol. This item is custom-made therefore does NOT come with any instructions or piece count. Some parts are new, some used, some custom ordered as well as the stickers used. This building will be shipped assembled and packed well for shipment with each floor individually saran wrapped, bubble wrapped and boxed with all 3 boxes going into one larger box. Please if purchasing expect a large box measuring approximately 24 inches by 24 inches by 18 inches. Some items may be removed for shipping purposes with pictures send it to the buyer to aid in reconstruction. I have shipped all over the world including but not limited to italy, Asia, South America, Canada and others without any significant issues.
