Description: Excellent Lionel Postwar New York Central F-3 powered A unit that I have cleaned the commutator faces and installed new brushes and lubed the gearboxes and all gears and both motors run great. This locomotive runs smoothly and the light works and with magnetraction it really pulls great. The E unit functions flawlessly. The shell is excellent with hardly a mark on it and the graphics are nice. I would rate it a C-7 easily but you look at it and make your own decision.
