For sale here is a set of cards to manage the Midway game and its variants. There are actually three card decks in one: A Random Events deck; a Search deck; and a Strike deck. At the beginning of each day you draw a Random Events card (for each side) to find out if something has changed in the setup of the game, such as submarine attacks, delay of reinforcements, or changes to the defense of Midway Island. The Search cards tell you whether or not your careful search pattern has been screwed up due to technical failure, alertness of the enemy, or weather conditions. The Strike cards are to be drawn after a strike is launched to let you know if your strike has split up, gone astray, or gone in successfully.Each deck contains 18 different cards with success or failure written all over them. Find out what it was really like to be an admiral waiting for search reports or the results of a strike. Anything can happen.Shipping will be $7.00 to Canada, $9.00 to the United States or $13.00 internationally, by air mail oversize letter. Expedited tracked and insured is also available.
