Out runner spins turbo fan cooling of rotor and stator, >2000 rpm unloaded 163vdc trapezoidal FOC. Made from heat treated (annealed) ALMAG35 >8KPSI and C1045 steel shaft. Includes Pulley 4 groove, 3 slot drives +12vdc alternator or other accessories. Goose neck easy rotates 180° can face front or rear of motor. Steel frame mounts (R/L side) shown in picture are not included. Mounting bolts included for 3x volcanized rubber anti-vibration torsion bush center ID 20.23mm - 20.10mm, Length 80.85mm - 80.55mm. Custom SPM 36 pole 3 phase magnet motor rated 240 volts DC, 35-Amp peak FOC controller. Three cables 4' #10AWG included, easily detached via banana plugs on stator. Stator has heat shield via 3mm PTFE spacer between bearing base bolts and tooth adding 15° index pickup coil. Four 60° slots 2x 4-40 threads adding Hall sensor for magnetic N/S QEI (not included), rear flex plate coupler shown. Shaft bearings speed 4800 RPM Mobil Temp SHC32 grease. Rear bolt hub removes to install sprocket gear on shaft. Rear shaft adapts 2.75" QD bush for alternate belt drive sprockets. Motor includes aluminum shaft coupler and fan blade rear shaft for 14" OD Moroso flex plate (not included) bolt pattern 3.625" x 7/16-20TPI. Has typical grease-zert for easy lubrication maintenance. Great for EV long range, attached AC generator, college courses, driving industrial solar panel powered machinery. Magneto driven 1800 RPM via belt produce 550Hz high frequency current 3 phase DC. Sold disassembled shipped several boxes assembly illustration, no returns accepted. All Items weigh roughly 90 pounds combined. Will consider request for hub puller hardware as rotor has strong magnetic attraction to stator. Shaft being tapered aligns keyway and not recommended for Sm2Co17 magnets any sudden impact though unlikely to occur being careful, high temp Loctite Hysol 914 epoxy coated magnets.
