I do have the blank code plug for the next buyer which is the clean copy that will be put back onto the radio when it gets sold to the right buyer. Radio was converted to NON XE 2.5 and still has XE flash option if you need to switch the top. Radio is also 3.5 if you want to put full keypad housing on. Radio was last programming and firmware upgrade to CPS 33.00 The radio has all five Algo's including AES-256 MACE Hardware Encryption.
