The men stand/sit proudly with their instruments and in uniform, and the bass drummer's skin reads "F---T Regiment Nashua, N.H. N.H.N.G." (The letters or "First" are are blocked) Rear of the card is hand signed "C.E. Lawrence, 111 Howard St., Lawrence, Mass." Likely the photographer and possible relation to C.W. Lawrence, photographer of Nashua, N.H. c. 1870s. Lawrence, MA is not very far from Nashua, N.H. Image approx. 9-5/8" x 7-5/8" , card approx. 14-1/8" W x 11" H Condition:Moderate scuffing on the card and image, as well as moderate edge wear on the card.
